Psycho-Sensory Approach to Helping Build Better Brands Is Key to Innovation in Entrepreneurship Award Consideration

PHOENIX, September 23, 2015 Six Degrees (@6DBrandBuilding), the Southwest’s top brand-building agency, has been selected as a semifinalist for the Innovation in Entrepreneurship Award for the 2015 Spirit of Enterprise Awards. The annual awards program, celebrating 19 years, brings together more than 800 entrepreneurial individuals to showcase leading local and regional companies that best exhibit the traits of ethics, energy and excellence in entrepreneurship.
Along with other semifinalists, Six Degrees presented its story before a panel of Spirit of Enterprise judges on September 17, 2015. While Six Degrees did not become a finalist for the Innovation in Entrepreneurship Award, it is honored to be considered for such a notable and well-respected award.
“It feels great to be acknowledged for an approach to brand-building we know can really help companies achieve greater success for their brands,” said Six Degrees CFO Kimberly Coffman. “Especially when that acknowledgement is connected to a university that was just named the most innovative school among national universities by U.S. News & World Report.”
The Spirit of Enterprise Center at the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University works to assist hundreds of businesses each year by providing guidance and connections to key resources within ASU and throughout the community.

The list will also be included in the next edition of the Phoenix Business Journal Book of Lists, which provides listings of the hottest area companies in their fields.

Six Degrees uses psycho-sensory tools and techniques to build more successful national and global brands. Brands are rooted in human perception. And our psycho-sensory approach is designed to identify deeper and richer insights from human perception and then develop brand communications that change suboptimal perceptions or reinforce the right perceptions. Our people are passionate branding experts wielding powerful psycho-sensory tools to build stronger and more successful brands across the globe.
